Isolate, I concentrate on what makes

People want to help me
but I push them away

the Barriers of emotion cause me to stray &
are why I am this way

Inside, I BREAK DOWN & SCREAM
BITE MY TONGUE TILL IT BLEEDS.

after all that I finally
